Who Is It For?
iOS 13.1.3 is compatible with all iOS 13 phones. It includes the 6S and older iPhone and the latest 7th generation iPod touch. Upgrade notifications should be automatic, but by going to Settings > General > Software Update, you can trigger them manually if necessary. Beta users, when you run the new update (see’ The Path Ahead’ below), note to unroll your iPhones.
The Deal Breakers
Apple’s hurried attempt to put out as many fires as possible in iOS 13 continues, but it doesn’t go well. The official Apple Support Twitter account is facing another wave of angry and frustrated users just 24 hours after its release. Most notably, Apple failed to address the problem of dropped calls, which should have been a priority.
Need to Fix the bugs Asap
As you can see, in particular the ringing / vibration alerts for incoming calls, several of these solutions have not worked. That being said, there are fewer complaints regarding Bluetooth connectivity (both with wireless earphones and CarPlay), whereas updates for Fitness, iCloud and Watch tend to be mostly effective.
